The role

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery/Business Analysis professional to lead an enterprise integration workstream. The role combines delivery ownership, business analysis, and stakeholder coordination, working across client stakeholders, architects, and onshore/offshore delivery teams. You will be responsible for translating business and compliance requirements into actionable technical work, maintaining visibility into system and data flows, and ensuring scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments are effectively managed. You will work closely with the Solution Architect while maintaining a working-level understanding of enterprise integration patterns without being responsible for the architecture itself.

You will:

  • Own the delivery plan, estimates, and scope for the integration workstream, coordinating onshore and offshore team members.
  • Elicit and document business requirements across advisor/client journeys, system workflows, and compliance needs.
  • Maintain data-mapping and system-mapping documentation that traces fields, records, and events across systems, providing clarity on where information originates and where it needs to land.
  • Develop a working understanding of how the systems communicate, including request/response APIs and asynchronous/event-driven messaging, to accurately document requirements, identify integration dependencies, and sanity-check designs produced by the Solution Architect.
  • Act as the primary liaison with client-side architecture, data governance, and compliance stakeholders for scope validation and sign-off.
  • Translate business requirements, including record creation/retrieval, client notifications, and data-retention requests, into clear backlog items for the technical team.
  • Track delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies and provide status reporting to project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirements walkthroughs and Q&A sessions between the client and delivery teams.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technology project delivery, with demonstrated ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage requirements, track dependencies and risks, and support end-to-end delivery across multiple technical teams. You have working knowledge of API concepts and asynchronous/event-driven messaging, sufficient to understand integration designs, ask the right questions, and document requirements accurately without owning the architecture. You have strong data-mapping and system-mapping skills and can clearly document how data and events flow between multiple systems. You have experience writing and revising scope documents, estimates, and Statements of Work for integration-heavy engagements. You are comfortable working directly with client architects, data governance, and compliance teams within a regulated environment. You have experience with Agile/hybrid delivery practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. You are bilingual in French and English.

What to expect

Besides Competitive Salary and working for one of Canada's Best Managed and Top 50 Technology Companies, you should expect:
