Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with invoice entry and payment preparations in AP
- Create customer invoices and assist with AR tasks
- Reconcile account discrepancies and maintain records
- Contribute to month-end closing and reporting tasks
- Organize and prepare materials for audit purposes
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or similar
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and software
- Proficient in Excel for financial data management
