Greenhill Canada seeks a first- or second-year Investment Banking Associate for its generalist M&A advisory team. You will support buy-side, sell-side, and other strategic mandates across diverse industries. The work combines company research, transaction analysis, client materials, and relationship support within Mizuho Americas Corporate and Investment Bank. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quantitative economic, industry, and company research Develop valuation models for companies and merged entities Prepare technical client presentations and transaction materials Support M&A evaluation, due diligence, and execution Assist senior bankers with client relationships and idea generation Requirements:
