Support mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance full-time at Mississaugua Golf and Country Club in Mississauga.
This Maintenance Technician works with the Maintenance Team across clubhouse spaces and external facilities. Responsibilities include building equipment repairs, inspections, fire-system knowledge, and contractor coordination. The position requires general maintenance experience and practical repair skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect facilities and identify maintenance issues
- Repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building equipment
- Maintain project and HVAC log books
- Coordinate contractors, inspectors, and service providers
- Complete fire extinguisher audits and cleanup
Requirements:
- Two to three years of building maintenance experience
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, and painting knowledge
- Experience using power saws and shop tools
- Valid driver's license and criminal background certificate
