This hands-on Senior or Lead Data Architect will shape robust solutions for contact centre telephony, agent activity, sales, and quality reporting. You will balance pure lakehouse and hybrid designs while guiding ingestion cadence, reconciliation, orchestration, and recovery. The position partners with CCARS during parallel validation and legacy decommissioning. Key Responsibilities:
Choose lakehouse or hybrid warehouse patterns Define source freshness, watermarking, and batch controls Integrate REST APIs, SFTP files, and vendor feeds Design validation, idempotency, and recovery patterns Partner on CCARS cutover and decommissioning Requirements:
10+ years designing data platforms Medallion architecture experience across lakehouse solutions Strong Delta Lake workload-tuning expertise Experience with high-volume, hourly-to-real-time pipelines Experience with Azure Data Factory or Databricks Workflows Apply lakehouse strategy, API ingestion, and integrity controls as Miratech’s Lead Data Architect for APEX in Toronto.
