You will advise the Board and executive team, strengthen Finance as a strategic business partner, and support sustainable growth. The mandate includes funding models, digital transformation, AI-enabled opportunities, partnerships, investment stewardship, and strategic investments. Key Responsibilities:

Recognized professional accounting designation, ideally CPA Significant progressive senior financial leadership experience Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations Investment management and Board-level investment governance experience Strategic capability navigating complex funding environments Apply financial leadership, enterprise judgment, and innovation expertise to VHA’s evolving home and community care mission.
