Formulate and develop the company's target architecture;
Determine which functions should be common across the platform and which should remain within individual systems;
Prepare a development plan and phased redesign of outdated solutions;
Implement unified architectural rules: integrations, data, events, logging, monitoring, security, versions;
Participate in the technological integration of new teams and products;
Conduct architectural expertise of key solutions.
Experience required:
- Experience in fintech;
- Understanding of high-load and distributed systems;
- Practical experience with transactions, reconciliations, balances, and accounting data;
- Experience in modernizing outdated systems and phased separation of monolithic solutions;
- Experience in the architecture of multiple systems or platforms, not just one product;
- Able to find a balance between the quality of solutions and the speed of business.
