We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team and help us deliver the Mint experience — thoughtful service, strong collaboration, and care that puts people first.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assess new and repeat prescriptions for appropriateness, safety, and efficacy, applying trauma-informed and harm-reduction approaches.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust health plans (drug and non-drug) in collaboration with other health professionals.
- Prepare and dispense medications, including injections, while providing specialized counseling to support adherence.
- Manage chronic disease therapies, offer screening programs, and support substance misuse and abuse treatment.
- Direct pharmacy staff and technicians to ensure safe and professional services.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- Valid License with the British Columbia College of Pharmacy in good standing.
- Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection is usually required or considered an asset.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (essential) and a clean Criminal Record Check.
- Direct patient care experience is preferred.
- Experience using electronic health records (e.g., Kroll) and medication order entry systems.
