Lead patient-centered pharmacy care at Mint Health + Drugs in Langdon, AB, using assessment and medication management expertise. This is a full-time, permanent position.
As Pharmacy Manager, you will support exceptional service, operational excellence, and positive experiences for patients, customers, and team members. Your work includes prescription assessment, health plan management, dispensing, counseling, chronic disease therapies, harm reduction, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess prescriptions for appropriateness, safety, and efficacy
- Develop, monitor, and adjust health plans collaboratively
- Prepare and dispense medications, including injections
- Provide specialized counseling supporting medication adherence
- Direct pharmacy staff and technicians
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Valid Alberta College of Pharmacy license in good standing
- Additional Prescribing Authorization required
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and clean Criminal Record Check
- Direct patient care experience preferred
