As a State Program Administrator Senior, you will represent Children Youth & Families Dept in federal Treasury Offset Program activities. Apply SNAP and MFIP policy while reviewing overpayments, resolving system issues, and maintaining accurate debt records. This full-time position supports DCYF/SNAP Policy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Minnesota's Treasury Offset Program for SNAP and MFIP overpayments
- Coordinate technical issue resolution with TOP analyst and MAXIS staff
- Develop or revise debt monitoring reports with program staff
- Monitor reports to ensure data integrity
- Research SNAP claims and take appropriate action
Requirements:
- Two years determining eligibility for SNAP, MFIP, or similar programs
- Experience reviewing and analyzing public assistance benefits
- Experience using eligibility databases such as MAXIS
- Bachelor's or master's degree may substitute for specified experience
- Resume must clearly document employment dates and relevant experience
