The manager supports compliance across the Child Safety and Permanency Division and department. Key Responsibilities:
Direct Minnesota’s Title IV-E program and federal compliance Implement federal and state laws in SSIS and MAXIS Lead federal and State Auditor program audits Develop mitigating strategies following audit findings Guide Family First implementation across department program areas Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership experience in supervisory or project leadership work At least one year identifying issues, goals, and strategic actions Five years working with state child welfare laws Administrative experience at county or tribal social services agencies Knowledge of Title IV-B and Title IV-E requirements Apply child welfare leadership, policy analysis, and compliance expertise to Minnesota’s Title IV-E and Family First programs.
