Mindrift seeks physicians with MD or DO degrees for a medical AI evaluation program supporting leading technology companies. General and internal medicine are central, alongside broad diagnostic and treatment experience. You will assess clinical content, reasoning chains, answers, and distractors across multiple body systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes and proposed answers
- Score vignette accuracy, completeness, and answer gradeability
- Assess trap answer quality across diagnosis and treatment tasks
- Correct reasoning traces and write short rationales
- Participate in independent blind reads and physician adjudication
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree with unrestricted US medical license
- Board certification or completed residency training
- Recent direct patient care, preferably at attending level
- Broad diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems
- Strong clinical reasoning and written English at C1 or higher
