Must Haves:
- 5+ years in eDiscovery, legal operations, audit, compliance, or risk management support roles.
- Proven ability to execute multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience project managing large-scale departmental initiatives, including audit remediation projects with documented control implementation and evidence gathering in a regulated industry.
Technical & Systems Knowledge:
- Familiarity with end-to-end EDRM matter lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms, legal hold tools, and case management systems.
- Working knowledge of logical access controls and identity/privilege access management concepts.
- Ability to work with data quality issues, reconciliation processes, and audit trail requirements.
- Experience gathering, organizing, and maintaining audit evidence and sustainability documentation.
Audit & Compliance Mindset:
- Detail-oriented with ability to document control procedures and assemble audit evidence.
- Experience interpreting compliance standards and translating requirements into documented operational controls.
