Lead enterprise-wide financial planning at Milton Hydro, using advanced modelling and business partnership to guide regulated and unregulated operations. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, this Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The work spans consolidated and business-unit plans, integrated financial statements, OM&A expenditure management, and decision support. You will guide leaders through financial performance, risks, opportunities, and accountability. Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual budgets and periodic forecasts across Milton Hydro and subsidiaries Develop integrated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts Coordinate assumptions, timelines, deliverables, and financial consolidation Analyze variances and translate results into management actions Provide financial recommendations for initiatives, business cases, and investments Requirements:
University degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related discipline Approximately 5+ years of progressive finance experience Three to five years leading financial planning processes Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency CPA designation strongly preferred Bring integrated forecasting, expenditure management, and financial leadership to Milton Hydro’s enterprise-wide planning function.
