As a Milestones Chef or Sous Chef, you support the culinary program in your location. You drive food quality, maintain cleanliness, inspire and maintain high team morale.
- A Chef and Sous-Chef’s responsibilities include
- Ensure food quality is at the highest standards
- Driving knowledge around our food program
- Work with fellow Chefs on menu execution and improving systems and standards
- Leading a workforce of over 20 teammates, including recruitment, training and development
- Managing and maintaining cost controls of food and beverage as well as back of house labour
