You will connect members, Mikisew Group companies, and Partnerships while supporting readiness, training, mentorship, and career progression. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as first contact for employment and development inquiries
- Screen candidates and coordinate referrals to appropriate representatives
- Maintain the MCFN Talent Pool and track outcomes
- Guide members toward training, funding, and development resources
- Report Indigenous employment outcomes and participation
Requirements:
- Post-secondary credential in human resources, career development, Indigenous studies, or related field
- Minimum five years of HR advisory or student placement experience
- Strong organization, communication, presentation, and Microsoft Suite skills
- Familiarity with HSMS or HRIS software programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and travel between worksites and communities
