You will maintain heating and air conditioning systems on shovels, dozers, haul trucks, D-11, and 797 equipment. The work requires troubleshooting, component knowledge, and accurate service documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems on mine support equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and air conditioning problems
- Repair or replace defective parts and components
- Perform routine HVAC system maintenance
- Complete accurate service reports and records
Requirements:
- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician or HET certification
- At least five years servicing HVAC systems on mine equipment
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- First Aid Certification and valid Class 5 license
- Clean driving record and effective communication skills
