This permanent in-person role involves supporting the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function across commercial, residential, and corporate entities. With a focus on accurate payment application and timely resolution of outstanding balances, you will collaborate closely with various internal departments for successful collections and account maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer and tenant payments accurately
- Maintain tenant and customer accounts within Newstar
- Assist with collections in line with company procedures
- Perform cash receipts reconciliations regularly
- Generate and review Newstar receivables reports
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Postsecondary education in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Familiarity with Newstar software required
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
