This role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS, battery, and critical power systems while serving as the primary technical contact for customers in the field.

Description
- Perform preventive maintenance, commissioning, repairs, and emergency service on critical power equipment.
- Service and support UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems, battery technologies, and related electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems at customer sites.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers regarding service and maintenance issues.
- Provide technical recommendations and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and travel throughout the region to support clients

Profile
- Overall, 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, or a related discipline.
- Alternatively, Red Seal Electrician certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working with UPS systems, batteries, electronics, power distribution systems, or critical power infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Alberta.
- Ability to travel to the U.S. for product and safety training when required
