Job Description
- Plan, execute and manage construction projects to completion while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules and budgets, to ensure proper record-keeping.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize delays and cost overruns.
