  • Lead project budgeting and multi-year financial projections across the development pipeline.
  • Support the structuring and negotiation of land acquisition financing
  • Structure, secure and administer construction financing
  • Provide financial insight and recommendations on partnerships and joint ventures at the project level.
  • Asset Management
  • Lead refinancing strategy and execution across the stabilised portfolio, including timing, rate and term decisions.
  • Oversee property operating statements, NOI tracking and variance analysis against budget.
  • Monitor asset-level performance and recommend hold, sell or recapitalisation strategies.
  • Manage lender and mortgage compliance reporting for the income-producing portfolio.
  • Optimise liquidity and capital allocation across the portfolio and active projects.
  • Construction Company Management
  • Working in conjunction with the general managers of the construction business, own financial projections, work-in-progress reporting and cost-to-complete forecasting for the construction entity.
  • Manage lender relations tied to construction activity
  • Build and enforce the construction accounting process
  • Collaborate with the general managers, project managers, estimators and operations to align financial and project performance.

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements,

  • Implement scalable systems and tools (ERP, project accounting, reporting) to support the group's growth.
  • Build and enhance internal financial controls, policies and procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Provide financial insight and recommendations to guide decision-making on acquisitions, new developments, partnerships and capital investments.
  • Lead and mentor a growing finance and accounting team
