You will provide support to radiologists, Site Managers, and staff while serving as an initial telephone contact for vendors and healthcare professionals. The work includes correspondence, records, meetings, office operations, and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer initial telephone inquiries from vendors and healthcare professionals
- Prepare correspondence and maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Coordinate meeting rooms, calls, catering, setup, and takedown
- Support Acumatica data entry and deposit processing
- Manage supplies, deliveries, maintenance requests, and radiologist pagers
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Previous administrative or office assistant experience
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
- Discretion with confidential information and privacy requirements
