Responsibilities
- Develop KPI reporting metrics aligned with business targets
- Manage product audits to prevent process failures
- Conduct critical parts risk analyses and mitigation strategies
- Evaluate new suppliers and maintain existing supplier records
- Assist suppliers in achieving RCCA project timelines
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in product sourcing and quality
- Strong knowledge of machining process improvements
- Engineering degree is preferred
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Current Canadian work authorization is required
