  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HHB; manage vendor performance against deliverables and costs; communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Monitor vendor performance, identify non-performance, and recommend corrective actions; elevate issues as required.
  • Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle; manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, briefings, and progress updates.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality requirements; coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance processes.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable project records in HHB systems (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Develop, track, and forecast budgets; review, track, and approve invoices.
  • Lead project closeout activities including knowledge transfer, operational handover, and lessons learned.
  • Provide guidance on project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary IT or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background in formal project management methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset.
  • Experience with CMMS, EAM, or enterprise system implementations preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for project documentation and records management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience in government or public-sector environments considered an asset.

Requirements & conditions:

  • All work products and deliverables are the sole property of HHB.
  • Consultants must maintain Commercial General Liability ($5M), Professional Liability/E&O ($2M), and applicable Automobile Liability ($5M) insurance coverage.
  • Overtime beyond 35 hours/week requires pre-approval from the HHB CIO.
