Field Sales Representative - Process Analytics

As our Field Sales Representative for Western Canada, you will promote METTLER TOLEDO’s Process Analytics solutions across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Through proactive prospecting and consultative selling, you will develop new customers, expand existing accounts, understand customer needs, and deliver solutions that improve productivity, quality, reliability, and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory, with a focus on new customers, underpenetrated accounts, competitive conversions, new applications, and emerging market opportunities.
• Consistently prospect for new opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, industry events, account research, customer visits, and penetration of new segments and accounts.
• Identify whitespace territory and develop strategies to gain access to new customers, stakeholders, applications, and buying centers.
• Work with Marketing to create account-specific micro-marketing pieces to support sales and new-business development activities.
• Initiate and participate in on-site customer value shows or presentations.
• Conduct on-site seminars on topics related to segment-specific Good Practices (GxP).
• Determine the best avenues to penetrate accounts, and radiate sales across both supported products and other METTLER TOLEDO solutions.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within target accounts and uncover additional opportunities and applications.
• Maintain sufficient pipeline and prospecting activity to support achievement of annual sales.
