Lead complex transit infrastructure delivery in Toronto with expertise spanning project controls, construction, and stakeholder coordination. Work from Metrolinx’s Alliance Site Office. As Manager, Project Delivery, you will support the Union+, East Harbour Transit Hub Owner Participant team. You will lead planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out activities while overseeing scope, schedule, cost, risk, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role also provides leadership in a hybrid matrix environment and coordinates integrated project teams, Alliance partners, contractors, municipalities, railway stakeholders, government agencies, and subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project scope across planning, design, construction, commissioning, and close-out Lead owner-side project controls and performance reporting activities Coordinate dashboards, executive briefings, and senior management reporting Identify risks, cost pressures, schedule impacts, and forecast variances Support partners and stakeholders in resolving delivery issues Requirements:
Degree in engineering, project management, construction management, business, or related discipline Experience delivering large, complex infrastructure or transit projects Strong knowledge of schedule, cost, forecasting, risk, and financial controls Experience with contractors, consultants, and integrated project teams Excellent executive reporting, presentation, and communication skills Bring transit infrastructure delivery, project controls, and collaborative leadership experience to Metrolinx’s East Harbour program in Toronto.
