Drive operations performance at Metrolinx through strategic analysis and executive advisory support, working on-site five days weekly at the organization’s office. As Senior Advisor, Operations Performance, you will support the Vice President with business planning, governance, stakeholder management and enterprise strategy alignment. The position requires research, project management, change management and strong written communication. You will coordinate executive reporting and initiatives across Metrolinx. Key Responsibilities:
Align divisional plans with Metrolinx strategic and business plans Coordinate CEO, Senior Management Team and Board reporting Lead multidisciplinary projects and facilitate working groups Prepare briefings, presentations and communication materials Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve complex issues Requirements:
Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related discipline Experience advising executives, leading teams and managing projects Knowledge of operations management and business planning Experience with structured project and change management methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Apply strategic research, executive advising and project leadership to advance Operations Performance initiatives at Metrolinx.
