Lead complex GO Transit infrastructure delivery at Metrolinx through project management, technical oversight, and cross-functional leadership. This senior role supports the hybrid-matrix model. As Senior Manager, Project Delivery, you will direct capital railway transit projects across planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will manage staff and service providers while coordinating schedules, budgets, safety, quality, technical interfaces, and project risks. The work supports the GO/UP division Track team and the Metrolinx Heavy Rail GO network. Key Responsibilities:
Develop delivery strategies for major infrastructure programs Plan and control activities across program phases Review estimates, plans, schedules, and tendering documents Evaluate consultant proposals and contractor submittals Lead technical specifications, designs, and system interfaces Requirements:
Degree in transportation, architecture, civil engineering, or related discipline Progressive engineering or complex project management experience Project management principles, budget, and schedule control knowledge Analytical, negotiation, vendor management, and presentation skills Valid G driver’s license in good standing Apply capital project leadership, technical coordination, and risk management expertise to Metrolinx infrastructure delivery across the GO network.
