Key Responsibilities:
- Process large volumes of diverse customer payments daily
- Match payments to open invoices swiftly and accurately
- Reconcile customer accounts to maintain accurate AR balances
- Analyze and clean complex remittance files using Excel
- Investigate payment discrepancies and partner with collections team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in cash application
- Experience with B2B customers and multi-entity environments
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and French for communication
