À Alimentation Tony Brunelle Inc., vous secondez le·la gérant·e du rayon de la viande et le·la remplacez au besoin. Vous contribuez aux achats, aux stocks, aux équipements et à la gestion des coûts. Vous participez aussi à la gestion du personnel, tout en maintenant les normes de qualité, d'hygiène, de salubrité et de santé-sécurité.
Responsabilités principales:
- Seconder le·la gérant·e dans les opérations du magasin
- Conseiller et servir la clientèle avec attention
- Participer à l'embauche, la formation et la supervision
- Collaborer aux achats, aux stocks et aux équipements
- Faire respecter les normes de qualité et de salubrité
Exigences:
- Expérience pertinente comme boucher·ère
- DEP complété en boucherie
- Expérience en gestion, un atout
- Bonne habileté de communication
- Organisation, autonomie et jugement
