This full-time role spans groundbreaking through commissioning. As General Superintendent, you will guide large-scale data center and comparable projects while setting standards for quality and accountability. The work includes mentoring superintendents, reviewing drawings, managing logistics, and resolving issues with project teams. Candidates may already live in Edmonton or relocate or travel. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee field operations throughout all project phases Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance Monitor progress, quality, cost, and productivity Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance Requirements:
Proven general superintendent or equivalent senior experience Large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical project background Strong electrical, mechanical, and structural construction knowledge Experience managing superintendents, subcontractors, and logistics Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Use construction sequencing, stakeholder leadership, and compliance expertise to deliver complex mission-critical facilities safely and effectively.
