Job Description
- Hands-on experience supporting Akamai CDN services in a production environment.
- Experience with Akamai Property Manager, configuration versioning, staging, and production activation.
- Ability to troubleshoot across CDN, network, application, and origin server layers.
- Familiarity with Akamai security services.
- Experience using monitoring and log analysis tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Linux and troubleshooting tools such as curl, dig, and openssl.
- Experience with incident management, change management, and root cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills and experience coordinating production issue resolution
