The Plant Manager supports Messer’s Spec Gas production facility and its compliance with internal requirements and government regulations. This leadership role builds high-performance teams focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer needs. Responsibilities span production, distribution, maintenance, training, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations
- Coordinate production, filling, maintenance, and cylinder distribution
- Schedule production and monitor shipments, supplies, and cycle times

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, science, or engineering
