You will guide referral ecosystems, segment expansion, channel strategy, advisor recruitment, onboarding, and measurable commercial outcomes. The position supports sustainable growth in assets under administration, insurance revenue, advice penetration, and advisor productivity. Key Responsibilities:

Fourteen plus years of progressive wealth experience Expertise in wealth distribution and growth strategy Experience leading growth programs and cross-functional delivery Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience Executive communication and governance capabilities Direct Meridian’s Wealth distribution strategy with referral, channel, capacity, and commercial growth expertise across Toronto and St. Catharines.
