Your work combines commercial lending, financial statement analysis, credit structuring, cash management, and relationship development to support member needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow profitable commercial financing portfolios
- Structure, negotiate, and document credit and cash management arrangements
- Analyze balance sheets, cash flows, and business plans
- Monitor account profitability, risk, and changing industry conditions
- Prepare credit submissions and present recommendations
Requirements:
- Business or Finance degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Two to five years of progressive commercial lending experience
- Advanced business lending policy and regulatory knowledge
- Credit structuring, underwriting, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with medium to large real estate financing advantageous
