Build Mercury's sales organization through full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing, and thoughtful candidate communication. This role supports hiring across sales and post-sales teams.
As a Sales Recruiter, you will manage searches for Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Relationship Managers, and Account Development roles. You will partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters while improving recruiting operations. The work suits someone organized, proactive, autonomous, and comfortable learning a business quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle searches from sourcing through offer closing
- Run kickoff and calibration sessions with hiring managers
- Source candidates through outbound and inbound channels
- Track pipeline health, blockers, timelines, and funnel data
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, and documentation
Requirements:
- Two-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least one year of in-house recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing, outreach, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple searches, including high-volume recruiting
- Ability to use recruiting data and challenge hiring decisions
