Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily assigned activities
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
- Plan staffing, assign tasks, and monitor productivity
- Investigate discrepancies, errors, damaged goods, and variances
- Maintain accurate records using WMS, ERP, and Excel
Requirements:
- Two or more years of warehouse experience
- One or more years of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in inbound, outbound, or inventory control
- WMS, ERP, scanning, or warehouse data systems experience preferred
- Ability to perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed
