Firecrawl needs a technical talent partner fluent in sourcing, candidate evaluation, and closing. This is a hybrid, in-office role in San Francisco or Toronto.
You will take responsibility for how Firecrawl hires across more than thirty open roles. Working with the Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, and hiring managers, you will turn varied recruiting channels into one accountable system. You will judge quality, maintain momentum, and improve the funnel through clear feedback and useful metrics. The role suits an experienced recruiter who can discuss engineering work with candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate hiring-manager requirements into clear partner target profiles
- Evaluate every submitted profile against the actual hiring bar
- Run weekly hiring-manager syncs and flag stalled interview loops
- Write candidate notes that support fast hiring decisions
- Draft current job descriptions and hand hires to onboarding
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Startup experience closing technical hires
- Strong judgment about candidate quality and hiring standards
- Operational rigor across many concurrent roles
- Understanding of compensation bands, equity, and offer closing
