Medline Canada seeks a Clinical Resource Specialist for an 18-month maternity leave contract. You will educate health professionals, Registered Staff, and Care Aids in long-term care homes. The position supports Skin Health Program implementations, customer education, and wound and skin care best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct presentations, education, and in-services on wound and skin care products
- Support Skin Health Program implementations with long-term care teams
- Complete evaluations and implementations using strong organizational skills
- Maintain weekly account updates using designated spreadsheets
- Develop program tools supporting account implementation and sustainability
Requirements:
- Current RN, LPN, or RPN registration
- University nursing degree or related healthcare education
- Five years' related interdisciplinary clinical experience
- Three years' industry experience in wound and skin care
- Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint, interpersonal, and client service skills
