As a Freelance Skincare Advocate, you will drive sell-through through personalized recommendations, product education, and polished brand representation. You will teach Sephora Cast Members about Medik8's CSA Philosophy: Vitamin C, Sunscreen, and Vitamin A. The work includes consultations, events, merchandising, and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized consultations based on client needs and concerns
- Drive sales and achieve Sales Per Hour goals
- Educate consumers about ingredients, products, and routines
- Execute Sephora events, trainings, and brand activations
- Maintain merchandising, testers, hygiene, and brand standards
Requirements:
- Speak both English and French fluently
- Understand skincare ingredients and routine building
- Demonstrate communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
