Provide comprehensive primary care and walk-in services as a Family Physician in Green Lane, Ontario, serving patients across all ages.
This Family Physician position supports full-time, part-time, or locum practice within a clinic setting. Deliver diagnosis, treatment, preventive healthcare, and ongoing management for acute and chronic conditions. Build a patient panel while contributing to community well-being through coordinated care and patient-focused consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnosis, treatment, and management for acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct consultations, physical examinations, and medical assessments
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide vaccinations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling
- Order and interpret bloodwork, imaging, and ECGs
Requirements:
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution
- CPSO licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- CCFP certification or equivalent
- Current Medical Liability Insurance with CMPA coverage
- Primary, urgent, or rural care experience
