This entry-level role reports to the Clinic Manager and requires a two-year diploma with active registration in Alberta. You will provide exemplary customer service, greet and register patients, perform diagnostic tests, and assist during minor procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients efficiently
- Assist with minor surgical procedures and diagnostics
- Prepare patients for examinations with physicians
- Accurately chart medical interventions performed
- Participate in training of new staff and students
Requirements:
- Two-year diploma from an accredited institution
- Registration in good standing with the College of LPNs of Alberta
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Preferred experience with Med Access software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
