Lead healthcare projects for Medavie Health NL using project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across Newfoundland and Labrador. As Project Manager, you will manage project teams and lifecycles from business requirements review through delivery and close. Reporting to the Director, System Performance, you will create work plans, oversee technical deliverables, and support transition to operations. Collaboration with Operational Leads, Project Sponsors, technical staff, and subject matter experts remains central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
- Assign resources and communicate expectations to project teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, issues, and critical paths
- Review deliverables and ensure project documentation is completed
- Coordinate change management, invoicing, and project reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or related education, training, and experience
- Maintained Project Management Professional certification or active pursuit
- Five or more years in progressively responsible leadership
- Experience with project management techniques, scheduling, and budgeting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint
