Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret drawings, blueprints, and electrical code specifications
- Test equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
- Install and repair motors, PLCs, transformers, and switchgear
- Run conduit, wiring, feeders, fiber optic, and coaxial cables
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain maintenance records
Requirements:
- Indentured into the electrician trade
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Industrial oil and gas experience is an asset
- Familiarity with the Canadian Electrical Code is an asset
