- Manage labour relations, grievances, and workplace investigations
- Interpret collective agreements and support union-management relations
- Guide management on employee relations and HR policies
- Coordinate WSIB claims and return-to-work processes
- Support hourly recruitment, onboarding, and training
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of senior HR experience in manufacturing
- Essential experience in unionized manufacturing environments
- Strong collective bargaining and grievance management knowledge
- Ability to work effectively with union representatives
- CHRL designation is an asset
