Build Mecka AI’s studio project management office using structured planning, portfolio oversight, and cross-functional delivery leadership. Work spans hardware-enabled projects. As Strategic Projects Lead, you will create a unified view of active studio projects and establish review and escalation processes. You will lead complex customer-specified data collections from scoping through delivery. The work involves hardware, engineering, operations, and partner teams, with responsibility for plans, targets, budgets, risks, and capacity. Key Responsibilities:
Build the studio project management office and portfolio view Lead complex projects from scoping through customer delivery Translate customer requirements into capacity and delivery plans Align hardware, engineering, operations, and partner teams Report status and risks weekly to the Head of Studio Requirements:
Five to eight or more years in relevant leadership fields At least two years managing a team Experience leading cross-functional programs to fixed deadlines Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear plans Experience with hardware is ideally preferred Lead Mecka AI’s studio portfolio through structured planning, capacity management, risk ownership, and coordinated technical delivery.
