Mecatherm seeks a Production Engineering Team Leader in Canada to ensure delivery of automation and equipment solutions on time, within scope, and to standard. You will lead resource planning, provide technical oversight, and mentor engineers and designers in close partnership with manufacturing, project management, and standards engineering.
You will drive RCCM for on-time delivery, define team roles, conduct talent reviews, coach staff, and push standardization to cut waste and improve.
