You manage assortment, inventory flow, pricing, merchandising execution, visual standards, and team development. You use KPIs and business insights to improve sales, margin, inventory productivity, and store execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned categories and deliver relevant product assortments
- Execute floor plans, merchandising strategies, and visual standards
