Lead end-to-end PLM and MES implementation across functions and sites Build roadmaps for design, deployment, change, and capability enhancement Manage governance, milestones, risks, budget, benefits, and reporting Coordinate requirements across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT Drive adoption, training, governance, and continuous improvement Requirements:
15+ years leading complex transformation and implementation programs Senior PLM and MES delivery experience in enterprise environments Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field PMP or equivalent program or project management certification Reliability status security clearance and Controlled Goods assessment eligibility Shape MDA Space transformation through PLM, MES, governance, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and disciplined enterprise delivery.
