Ditech Testing seeks a Payroll Administrator and Human Resource Generalist supporting daily Human Resources operations. The work covers payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data, and compliance activities. This position supports consistent HR practices across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee payroll information
- Prepare, verify, and process regular and special payments
- Complete benefits forms, filings, statements, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding
- Maintain personnel files, HRIS records, and compliance tracking
Requirements:
- Two to four years in payroll administration and Human Resources
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of employment standards and HR best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- HRIS experience; UKG Pro experience is an asset
